Beyond compliance, Naman actively manages legal proceedings related to GST, including responding to notices, drafting detailed submissions, and representing clients before adjudicating authorities and appellate forums such as the Commissioner (Appeals) and the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT).
