Tanya Babbar is a law graduate holding a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) in Taxation Law from the School of Law, UPES, Dehradun, with hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and advisory across taxation and commercial law matters. Currently associated with Lasa Legal Associates, her work encompasses preparation of appeals and responses in proceedings under Sections 73 and 74 of the CGST Act, and other matters related to GST Act, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and transactional documents, and general legal research and documentation. She has previously worked with Chilana & Chilana Law Offices, New Delhi, and RVA Legal, Rudrapur, gaining experience in drafting Show Cause Notice replies, regulatory compliance research, and litigation support. Tanya brings a diligent and research-driven approach to her practice, with particular focus on indirect taxation and commercial legal documentation.
